Although The Donutologist has become popular for his signature dishes like "Donuts for Grownups", his vision with Cuzin's Duzin is simple.. to bring back your "old school" donut shop with classic flavors and toppings, but with a retro spin! With a growing supportive donut community, The Donutologist plans on making Cuzin's Duzin the fastest growing franchise in America.

Todd Jones, aka The Donutologist, is no stranger to the donut world. With over 40 years experience in the donut business, The Donutologist is well known for his tasty mini donut treats nationwide. His Sweet Dreams catering company and Cuzin's Duzin has provided delicious mini gourmet donuts for high profile clients such as Google, Twitter and the Hard Rock Cafe.
Continuing the journey, The Donutologist has made his way down to Atlanta, GA to further pursue the dream of building a global company. His partner, Easy Glaze of Sweet Dreams Mini Donuts, will continue to run operations in NYC as The Donutologist begins to sweep the south by storm.
Easy ~ Glaze
Eric, aka Easy Glaze, is a Brooklyn native who has dedicated half of his life to the art of mini donut making. Seeking experience and independence at the age of 12, Eric was introduced to Todd Jones who gave him the opportunity to showcase his talents. Eric started off working summers with Cuzin's Duzin at concession stands around NYC, to running the shop at the old Albee Square mall, and now has established himself as NYC Donut Boss and partner.
Working his way up and growing in other professional settings, Eric has a proven track record in sales, management, food and hospitality. From a young age, Eric has enrolled in The Donutologist's vision of sharing his love for donuts, catering at prestige venues and opening up shops worldwide.
